1. Data controller

The data controller is Francesca Prato (FERLANI), reachable at info@ferlani.it.

2. Data we collect

Through the waiting-list form we collect: your name, email address, the language you signed up in (Italian or English), your answers to the optional questionnaire (preferences on colours, products, horse size, discipline, price ranges and purchase timing) and the choices made in the simulator (horse coat and set colour).

We do not collect payment data or identity documents.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to: manage the Prima Édition waiting list; send you communications about the collection launch, including early access; produce aggregate, anonymous analyses of preferences to plan the first production run.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the acceptance checkbox in the signup form. Consent is freely given and may be withdrawn at any time, without consequences.

5. Data retention

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent and in any case no longer than 24 months from signup. At the end of this period the data will be deleted or anonymised.

6. Technical providers

The site and the waiting list are hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides hosting and database services. Email communications are sent through email service providers. These parties process data on behalf of the controller in compliance with the GDPR.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise your rights, write to info@ferlani.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
